The Learning Training Center (CFA)
The textile sector becoming more professional, Cabilux decided to set up an internal training and recruitment by learning program in order to train its team in compliance with its production needs.
Cabilux is one of the 10 first Moroccan companies that implemented a Learning Training Center. The German Cooperation Agency (GTZ) assisted the company to achieve this ambitious program.
Cabilux put in place a selective recruitment process. Only candidates with above-average high school track records are recruited to quickly adapt to Cabilux increased demanding orders.
The diploma delivered by Cabilux’s CFA is publicly recognized by Moroccan authorities and makes its graduates employable.
Versatility training
Versatility is at the heart of Cabilux training concerns. Each Cabilux’s employee benefits from a minimum of 10 training days per year in order to handle the variety of clients’ orders and the need of manufacturing planning flexibility.
